Cancellation Policy

The appointment you book is dedicated to you. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be subtracted from your treatment price at checkout. We require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If you no-show for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding.
